Log a hunt result
Copy the numbers from StratForge's Hunts tab after each trap. This feeds the Bear Trap Results panel on everyone's dashboard.
Set up one-click paste (recommended)

Next time, open StratForge's Hunts tab, click the bookmark, then paste below — it captures everything the plain copy/paste does plus each rally's hero/troop/combat-power manifest (who brought what), which isn't selectable text on the page and can't be captured any other way.
